Team meeting,
a client presentation or a training session

As we are a social enterprise our room hire rates are great value and include the room setup to your requirements, use of TVs or projectors, secure Wi-Fi and free on-site parking.

We also charge extra for out of hours.
We are able to offer discounts for local community and charitable organisations. Please contact us to see if you qualify.

Wesley

  • Ideal for conferences and large events, the Wesley Hall is our largest space, and subject numbers would normally be booked along with Liddell Hall for catering, registration and networking space.
Liddell

  • Our second largest space, has a ceiling-mounted projector & screen and its own integrated sound system for playing music, using a microphone or playing clips in a presentation.
Müller

  • A bright medium-sized room on the ground floor, just past reception for convenience. It has its own ceiling-suspended video projector & a retractable projector screen and leads out to an enclosed private garden area, perfect for the warmer days.

  • A convenient medium-sized room on the first floor with size 54 square meters, Luther King Room is suitable for smaller meetings and presentations.

  • A convenient small to medium-sized room on the ground floor, Hawthorne is suitable for smaller meetings and presentations. It is adjacent to the LifeCafé and near to the lift for access to other floors.
Luther OR King

  • The Luther and King rooms are small rooms created when dividing Luther King in half with a sound proof partition wall. Each is able to still offer great options in a boardroom, theater-style seating, or as a breakout area from another room on the same floor.
Booth

  • An intimate room for two people. Booth is perfect for interviews, coaching & counselling sessions. Located on the ground floor it is near to reception and the LifeCafé.

*”Day Rate” = Two Sessions (08:30 – 17:00)      **Session Times are 08:30 – 12:30 and 13:00-17:00.
*** An AV operator is required for meetings in Wesley and a quote is available on request.
Out of hours bookings, such as Saturdays and evenings, are subject to an uplift of £12 per hour.
