From Central Manchester Follow the signs for the A56 towards Altrincham. You then drive south for about 7 miles down Chester Road. Just after driving underneath the M60, Chester Road becomes Washway Road. Keep going past Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer and you'll see The LifeCentre on the left hand side. Turn left onto Raglan Road for the Car Park.
From Altrincham / M6 Heading along the A56 heading towards Manchester, you’ll pass the junction with Cresta Court Hotel and the turn for the A560, just carry on for just over 2 miles. You'll go past Trafford College on the left and will eventually turn right onto Raglan Road to access the Car Park. We are very fortunate to have our own carpark able to accommodate more than 55 cars. There is also free local street parking but please be respectful of our neighbours and park with consideration.
Brooklands Metro is the closest station to the LifeCentre. Walk up the steps onto Marsland Road and turn left (walking away from the petrol station). Go all the way until you hit the traffic lights at the junction of Marsland Road and Washway Road. Turn left. Walk down Washway Road for 300 metres. In total it takes just over 10 minutes.
Various buses including the number 263 and the 245, both part of the Bee Network, operate between Manchester and Altrincham connecting Old Trafford, Stretford, Urmston Sale and Broadheath and stop on Washway Road directly outside the LifeCentre on a regular basis. Please check google maps or the Bee Network app for times.
We have a bike rack underneath the sheltered part of our carpark.
We are only a few minutes walk from the canal, which runs to Sale to the north and Timperley to the south.
We have a couple of accessible parking spots in the covered section of our carpark for people with limited mobility. All our entrances are step free from the outside. We have a lift to each floor and accessible toilets on every floor. Should you have any other questions, please ask the team.
